Christina Gorczynski is a philanthropic and impact advisor specializing in strategic giving, nonprofit finance, and governance. As the founder of Evergreen Impact Advisors, she helps individuals, foundations, and nonprofits amplify their impact. A lawyer by training, Christina holds multiple designations, including Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®), Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE), and Certified Impact Philanthropy Advisor (IPA).

With a deep commitment to collective giving, Christina co-founded Align Point Ventures and consults on governance, fundraising, and communications. She serves on the board of the SWAN Impact Network and co-founded the SWAN Donor Advised Fund to drive philanthropic investment in social impact startups. She is also an investing member of Portfolia’s America Rising II VC fund.

As the former Executive Director of Impact Austin, a women’s collective giving organization, and a Program Officer at the Simmons Foundation, she focused on public policy and gender equity.

Christina holds a BA in Women’s Studies from Beloit College, a JD/MBA from the University of Houston, and a Nonprofit Finance Certificate from Rice University. Her work has been recognized nationally, earning honors from Equal Justice Works, Latina Magazine, and the League of Women Voters of the US.

Based in Austin, Christina spends time working in Texas and New Mexico while exploring Colorado. Outside of work, she enjoys fitness, adventure, and quality time with her partner, Brett, and their children, Mateo and Micah.
